Electrical stimulation, also referred to as e-stim, is a tool that applies electrical stimulation to a muscle or muscle group. E-stim helps with pain, muscle spasms, promotes circulation and speeds up healing.

DECOMPRESSION

Decompression therapy works to gently stretch the spine, using a spinal decompression table to create negative pressure and space within the disc to allow disc fluid to move back into place. The ultimate goal of spinal decompression therapy is to relieve the patient’s chronic back, arm, neck, and/or leg pain, and to heal the source of said pain.

X-RAY

Depending on your health history and other factors, X-Rays may be taken on your initial visit. These are important for Dr. Shane to rule out any serious spinal conditions that may otherwise be unseen and to customize the most beneficial treatment plan for you.
